Big changes at Mass Premier Volleyball 🏐❤️

After years of dedication, leadership, and impact on our program, we want to thank our longtime Volleyball Director, Susan Vega, for everything she has poured into Mass Premier. As she steps into an exciting new chapter of motherhood, we are grateful she’ll still be part of our family as a coach. 💙

We’re excited to announce that Victoria Shannon will be stepping into the role of Volleyball Director at Mass Premier! Victoria has been involved in competitive volleyball since 2008, bringing collegiate playing experience and a passion for athlete development and leadership. She has coached club and high school athletes through team coaching, clinics, and private training, and previously served as Director of Volleyball Operations for the Division I program at Norfolk State University.

She holds degrees in Physical Education and Applied Behavioral Analysis, giving her a strong foundation in athlete development and performance. Victoria’s background in coaching, education, and player development helps athletes build confidence, embrace their roles, and develop a lasting love for the game.

We’re excited to have Victoria step into this leadership role and continue helping our athletes grow both on and off the court. 🏐
