When asked what the biggest challenge has been preparing for his role: “I’ve really had to challenge myself to think outside the box and get deep into why my character’s mood/attitude is the way it is through the show rather than just being another character on stage.”

Times are tough around the streets of New York! We’re ALL yappers around here, but when the Newsies are trying to get those formations clean and choreography locked in, we’ve gotta take every precaution we can! 😂

Sometimes you gotta put the papers down, close the yap trap, and GET THE JOB DONE! 💪🏼📰

Clean choreo? ✅
Sharp formations? ✅
Everyone knows where they’re supposed to be? ✅
A little less yapping? …well, we’re working on that one. 😂

But hey, it’s a compromise we can ALL live with!

Sometimes… it really just be like that. 😂

When one co-director is putting down a VERY specific vibe and the other one just… doesn’t seem to be catching it. We’re finding time to make funny things in the middle of ALL the choreo, staging, rehearsals, set chaos, and everything else happening behind the scenes.

But don’t worry… we’re getting it DONE.
