in the late 80's I became a Property Manager & must say I did "well" at this career! it's not only the residents, leasing of the properties, it's also maintaining the units and grounds of each property, which means knowing what cleaning products to use and not to use, which kind of paint to use on the walls, doors and trim and exterior. I learned how to install ceiling fans, light fixtures, kitchen & bathroom faucets, fixtures, etc...all by paying attention! I have kept up with the changes of time on all products, supplies etc. I enjoy this kind of Labor I think because I love the decorating aspect of it ALL! After leaving the property management career I started my Cleaning Business and did exceptionally well at that...So hopefully my little story will explain why I do what i do!!!!!
