Petite Power aims to train strong kids physically AND mentally 💪🏻 Starting Summer ‘23, this class will help our young students improve the brain to body connection, basic strength, flexibility, and confidence! While these skills are crucial to safe and productive dance and acrobatics classes, they will also help your student with their performance in every day life!

Stage Fit by Moss keeps the health and wellness of our students at the forefront. This new partnership will allow our students direct access to doctors, physical therapy, MRI, and X-Ray at all Ortho Cincy and select St. Elizabeth locations. This means same or next day appointments, direct referrals, and open contact between doctors and our coaches. This open contact keeps our coaches in the loop so we can help your student follow doctor’s orders in training, class, and rehearsals.

We are so lucky to have a fantastic team of medical staff who are knowledgeable in the Performing Arts!

•This bowl is easy to pack, and will do just fine out of the fridge on long dance days!
•Quinoa is a complete protein with about 8 grams in a cooked cup!The perfect mid day pick me up 💪🏻

Servings: 4-6
•1 cup quinoa (about 3 cups cooked)
•5 radishes, diced
•1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
• 2 diced cucumbers
•2 diced yellow bell peppers
•5 ounces green beans (about 1/3 lb.), cut into 1'' pieces
•2 ears corn, cut off the cob
•1/4 cup diced red onion
•1/2 cup crumbled feta
•1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
•1/4 cup chopped parsley
•2 tablespoons chives
•salt and pepper

For the dressing:
•1/4 cup white wine vinegar
•juice of 1 lemon
•2 tablespoons shallot
•1 small clove garlic, minced
•1/4 teaspoon salt
•1/4 teaspoon pepper
•1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil

Directions:
1. Cook the quinoa per package instructions
2. Mix together with all the chopped veggies and cheese! (That’s it…. So easy)
3. For dressing: Chop the shallot, and whisk together with remaining ingredients. Store in a separate container to avoid getting soggy!
