It’s messy. It’s heartfelt. It’s ridiculous. It’s beautiful. It’s Hip Pocket.

We could be wrong, but that’s our opinion and we’re sticking to it.

For generations, Hip Pocket has been a place where people come together to make something that didn’t exist before- and to find each other in the process.

These voices have been part of that story.

Now we’re asking you to help us write the next part.

Rose has a little laundry to tend to before she and Roy pack up the farm for the week. There’s something sweet about these last little chores-the things that have to be done before you can say goodbye.

Rose and Roy have been together on the farm for a long, long time. Come give them a visit in Raggedy Farm, a tender, funny, wistful return to one of Hip Pocket Theatre’s beloved works.

Written by Johnny Simons and Douglas Balentine, Raggedy Farm first came to Hip Pocket audiences in 1980 and returns to the stage in 2026.
