Grip-Tec Composites is a small, family run business. It’s usually just me (Matt) with my wife Katy 2 days a week, neither of us are full time. So, when things stack up and we need extra hands, we call family — this week my dad and brother came through to help cut inventory so we can be sure we have what you need at Blade Show (tables 34G/H). Resources get stretched when you’re building something, that’s just the reality of small business. But this is how we get it done. Proud of what we’re building and grateful for the people in my corner.
