Two dark comedies coming to Amphibian Stage!

Next Week: A movie about a family that had to run.
This Fall: A play about how it all started.

Presented with our friends at The Reel House Foundation.

We're screening ALL THREE OF US at Phib on September 3. Kheiron's film tells his own parents' story: two hopeless optimists who fall in love, fall out with their government, and eventually flee Iran, child in tow, to start over in Paris.

In October we stage AJAX by Habib Yazdi, a darkly comic spy thriller about the American operation that set all of it in motion decades earlier.

Screening is Thursday, September 3 at 6PM. Suggested donation $7.

MIND READER at Amphibian Stage

Acclaimed Mentalist Vinny DePonto (Mindplay, Off-Broadway) is coming to Fort Worth for our annual fundraiser. No audience plants, no actors. You decide whether you're here to watch from a distance or be open to possibility.

This is our annual fundraiser. Your ticket is what lets us hire great artists, pay them fairly, and give them the resources to make something exceptional. Come have the strangest, most delightful evening of your fall while you're at it.

Tables start at $150 for two seats and $300 for a table for four (fine wine included), general admission is $50.

September 11th. Lobby reception 7PM, show 8PM. Champagne and a raffle ticket on rival. Table seating is going fast.

Meet Scheider: Just lucky he booked this shark sh*t. 🎥 Jakie Cabe plays Roy Scheider, otherwise known as "Chief Martin Brody" from JAWS. 🦈 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗦𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗸 𝗶𝘀 𝗕𝗿𝗼𝗸𝗲𝗻, inspired by the true(ish) story behind the film, closes on SUNDAY!

With only a handful of tickets remaining for this upcoming weekend of 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗦𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗸 𝗶𝘀 𝗕𝗿𝗼𝗸𝗲𝗻, we have ADDED an additional performance to our final weekend! 📆 Oh, we also added a new shipmate to "The Orca": At the added performance, the role of "Richard Dreyfuss" will be played by Scott Eddins, Jr. 👏🏽
