Try as they might, photographs never do justice to original artwork.

Take this 72" x 72" painting by Terry Browder, for instance. On a phone screen, it's impossible to appreciate the scale, texture, and presence of the work. Some pieces simply have to be experienced in person.

Bob Lukeman’s photographs reveal an eye for structure, texture, and geometry embedded within the built environment. Through tightly composed images and carefully observed details, his work transforms weathered surfaces and overlooked spaces into compelling visual studies.

Currently featured in Contemporary Photography of Place and Identity, Lukeman’s photographs explore the intersection of place, time, and human presence.

The exhibition remains on view through June 6.
