Imagine That Art therapy was created to help build a bridge from dream and fantasy to real and tangible. In other words it is about overcoming challenges and setbacks actualizing short or long term goals as well as for healing and trauma by encouraging creative expression that may be suppressed by the stress of daily responsibilities. Some principles of color therapy and mandala meditative art are

incorporated. Art lessons in any media that student is comfortable with-it could be clay, pencil, pen and ink, watercolor, acrylic, oil and mixed. mixed media is preferred for therapy. All supplies are provided and artwork will remain private as requested. The most important thing is balance... our culture embraces creativity more than ever right now....but there are not enough outlets... Come paint and let soar the inner child and dreamer!!!
