In addition to on-stage offerings, Stage West also operates the Lobby Café which offers delicious food and drinks before each performance. Stage West is also a home to a wide variety of educational opportunities for K-12 students and adults, including weekly classes, summer camps, and writing festivals. Stage West is a theatre for the whole community where diversity is celebrated and a shared humanity embraced.

Every now and again, someone leaves an indelible mark on countless lives not only through extraordinary talent, but through kindness, generosity, humility, and a deeply inspiring way of moving through the world.

Dolly Parton was just such a person. Her extraordinary storytelling enriched music, film, and theatre alike, reminding us how art can bring joy, open hearts, and connect people across every imaginable divide.

We at Stage West Theatre are deeply saddened by the news of her passing. We say Godspeed and thank you for a life beautifully lived and a mountain of goodness left behind.
