We are currently searching for an experienced and dynamic Assistant to help lead the team at Flight Deck Trampoline Park. As the Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for promoting the brand of Flight Deck, as well as aiding in the leadership and management of the park locations.
90-day probationary period – performance review and pay discussion to follow end of the probationary period.
The objectives of this position:
Become trained and highly knowledgeable of every aspect of the parks, from janitorial positions all the way to the assistant manager position
Deliver results that contribute to the mission and overall success of the park
Accomplish performance objectives focused on driving sales/profitability, guest/team member satisfaction
Ensure that the Company’s brand standards are established and met/utilized.
Analyze business results and work with the Park Manager to develop effective strategies to address needs. Make key decisions and oversee ex*****on, removing obstacles to success and ensuring appropriate resources are available to achieve business results.
Ensure brand standards are met with the objective of meeting or exceeding guest expectations, communicating follow-up actions to the team as necessary.
Strive each day to lead an operationally sound park, with peak safety standards and awareness of all operational processes.
Highly regard and pay close attention to facility cleanliness and operational excellence through each park and the park system as a whole.
Create an environment in which all employees have the ability to reach their full potential, feel valued and a part of the team.
Brainstorm and collaborate with the General Manager and other leadership on ways to promote the Flight Deck brand and successfully drive sales/revenue.
Requirements:
Available to work 40+ hours a week, as well as some holidays and weekends
Able to travel between stores, as needed
Microsoft Office experience
Able to think quickly and be creative
Preferred:
Leadership or management experience
Compensation: $25,000-$30,000 BOE
