A little Texas Star history with CBS News Texas 🎡

Taylor Talley joined McKenna King to talk about the history of the iconic Texas Star at the State Fair of Texas. Taylor’s grandfather brought the Ferris wheel over from Italy in 1985, beginning a legacy that has become part of the State Fair and the state of Texas.

More than 40 years later, the Texas Star remains the largest traditional Ferris wheel in North America.
