My shirts are fitting a little better. I dropped another two pounds. Haven’t measured my body habitus yet, but sure I’ll take another inch lol. I’m changing up my workout a little bit. Wednesday will be chest and triceps, Thursday will be legs, Saturday will be back, shoulder, biceps, and Sunday will be all cardio. I will do the elliptical, the recumbent bike, and the stairmaster. I have decided for how long but it will be at least 20 minutes on each.
