Welcome to Arts Fifth Avenue in Fort Worth, TX ...where the arts are alive, waiting for you to discover, experience, and express at our eclectic neighborhood arts center. We offer professional performances and festivals featuring drama, music, visual arts, dance, film and more, in every style, from every era, from around the neighborhood and around the world. Located at the corner of 5th Avenue an

d West Allen Avenue in the Fairmount Southside Historic District of Fort Worth, we invite you to enjoy a variety of classes in the performing and visual arts. We also provide meeting, rehearsal, and event space for gatherings large and small. Arts Fifth Avenue was incorporated and received its 501c3 designation in 1992. AFA’s mission is to stimulate, develop and preserve interest in tap dance and other complementary art forms and to educate the general public, particularly youth, about this uniquely American dance form; and to provide a forum of expression for dancers, choreographers, musicians, composers, and visual and performing artists. Under the umbrella of ARTS FIFTH AVENUE is LaFeet Tap Ensemble, a youth and adult tap ensemble who share their love and performance of Tap, the American Dance form with the community; and the 5th Avenue Hi-Notes, a vocal chorus who sing for the sheer joy of singing and will sing for any occasion. for students ages 7- 12 years old.
Classes include yoga, dance, art, cooking (lunch preparation,) theatre, choir, hand drums & percussion, & more
Session 1: June 22-26, performance June 27
Session 2: July 13-16, performance July 17
Tuition: $400 per child per week

FREE Beginner Tap Class
​Saturdays, 1-2 pm for Ages 8 yrs to Adult:

​If you've ever wanted to try Tap dancing - here's your chance.
No tap shoes, no problem! We have shoes to loan for the class.
Class is FREE but you must reserve a place in class.

Arts Fifth Avenue is offering Summer Playhouses for students ages 7- 12 years old.

Classes include yoga, dance, art, cooking, theatre, choir, hand drums & percussion, & more
