CALLING VENDORS TO BAROVIA

The Barovian Ball is seeking a few more strange, wonderful, and fantastical vendors to join our 21+ gothic fantasy gala on October 17 at Red’s Roadhouse in Kennedale!

We’re curating a marketplace of only 12–15 vendors, featuring art, jewelry, fantasy goods, oddities, handcrafted wares, accessories, and other treasures worthy of Barovia.

Saturday, October 17
Vendor Load-In: 4–6 PM
VIP Doors: 7 PM | GA: 8 PM–Midnight
Vendor Fee: $70, or $50 with a donated item/service valued at $20+
All vendor fees are non-refundable.

The night also features The Marquis of Vaudeville, burlesque & drag, interactive quests, dancing, food, drinks, and hundreds of adventurers dressed for the occasion.

WE HAVE A $1,000 MATCHING CHALLENGE!

Some incredible friends of Q***rQuest, Kent and Michelle Morr Krabill, have offered to MATCH every donation we receive, dollar for dollar, up to $1,000.

Right now, we’re at $200.

Our goal is to reach the full $1,000 by the end of the week so we don’t leave a single matching dollar on the table.

That means:

$10 becomes $20.
$25 becomes $50.
$50 becomes $100.
And if we raise $1,000, Q***rQuest receives $2,000.

Every dollar goes directly back into Q***rQuest programming, including paying our professional Dungeon Masters for the time, preparation, care, and creativity they put into creating these games.

Q***rQuest has grown because people believe that everyone deserves a table where they can belong, tell stories, roll dice, make friends, and be themselves.

If you’ve ever played at one of our tables, cheered us on, shared one of our posts, or simply believed in what we’re building, this is a great week to help.

We need $800 more to unlock the entire match.

This week our campaigns will be on hold, but fear not! We will still be meeting at Galileo’s Big Red Barn for our 5th Saturday potluck! Feel free to bring a board game, card game, or activity and take some time to get to know your fellow Questers. It’s also the perfect time to test out your own TTRPG skills by running a one shot with your favorite system. As always bringing a dish is encouraged, but never mandatory!
