ONE WEEKEND ONLY! Don't miss this showcase from ten local artists as they explore the concept of "failure" through their artwork.

Co-Curators Sarah Angle and Jocelyn Foster hope people walk away from the show embracing what some call “failure.” Talking openly about those failures creates connection in a culture that often profits from people feeling unworthy or inadequate and rewards productivity over joy, happiness, and health.

GALLERY OPEN TODAY

Open today at The Pool Near Southside, from 1 - 4 PM, this photography exhibition by the Texas Photographic Society is exploring water as subject, symbol, tool, and essential aspect of life. Water is never a neutral subject (especially in Texas). Water sustains life, but also holds destructive power. It is also an essential part of the photographic process. From rivers and reservoirs to city pools, desert springs, summer storms, and later summer droughts, the presence (or absence) of water has served as inspiration for photographers since the invention of the camera.
