WOW! What an incredible week at Nationals! 🤍

I am so beyond proud of the Blue Crew for earning Top 10 Overall placements with all but two of their routines! 🤩 To top it all off, we are incredibly honored to have received FOUR America Loves to Dance Awards! ✨

A huge thank you to our incredible dancers for their hard work, passion, and dedication all season long. I am so proud of each and every one of you. To our amazing dance parents, thank you for your endless support, sacrifices, and for trusting us with your children. None of this would be possible without you, and we are so grateful to have such an incredible dance family. 💙

A very special shoutout to our senior, Maddie. 🤍 Watching your final Nationals with EDC was so bittersweet. Thank you for your dedication, your kindness, and the love you’ve poured into this team over the years. You have left such a beautiful mark on Elite, and we are so proud of the young woman and dancer you have become. We love you so much, Maddie, and we know this is only the beginning of amazing things ahead. Once Blue Crew, always Blue Crew. 💙

To my incredible faculty, thank you for pouring your hearts into these dancers day in and day out. Your passion, talent, and love for what you do are felt in every moment on stage. I am so thankful to work alongside such an amazing group of teachers and mentors. These accomplishments are a reflection of the countless hours, dedication, and love you give to our dancers, and I couldn’t do this without you. 🤍

⭐️ Scarlett Schlichter and her solo received 1st Overall National Mini Solo and earned a Full Scholarship to the Acrobatic Arts Intensive!

⭐️ Evelyn Slocum placed 5th Overall National Mini Solo!

⭐️ Weslyn Vanderbosch placed 6th Overall National Mini Solo!

⭐️ Kate Potter and “Benediction” received a Crystal Award and placed 4th Overall National Senior Solo!

⭐️ Leah Thomas and “Echo of Florence” received a Crystal Award and placed 6th Overall National Senior Solo!

⭐️ Lauren Thomas received a Crystal Award and placed 7th Overall National Senior Solo!

⭐️ Maddie Voisard and “Ode To A Love Lost” received a Crystal Award and placed 8th Overall National Senior Solo!

⭐️ “Continuation of Desolation” received a Crystal Award, placed 7th Overall National Senior Small Group, and will re-compete at the America Loves Dance Awards!

⭐️ “Reclaim” received a Crystal Award, placed 8th Overall National Teen Small Group, and will also re-compete at the America Loves Dance Awards!

⭐️ “Goodbye” received a Crystal Award and placed 9th Overall National Senior Small Group!

⭐️ “All Directions” and “Come Recover” tied for 7th Overall National Teen Duo/Trio!

⭐️ Norah and her solo “Revenant” placed 7th Overall National Junior Solo!

⭐️ “The Way It Was Before” earned 4th Overall National Mini Group and will re-compete on Friday for the America Loves Dance Awards!

Season 15, you have my whole heart. 🩵✨

As we close out another incredible year with our Season 15 Showcase, I just want to say thank you. To our amazing dance families, thank you for trusting us with your children and for all of the love and support you give to Elite Dance Center. To my incredible faculty, thank you for pouring your hearts into these dancers every single day. I truly couldn’t do this without you.

And to my dancers… thank you for making this job so special. Watching you grow, work hard, support one another, and fall more in love with dance has been the greatest gift. I am endlessly proud of each and every one of you and so grateful that I get to be a small part of your journey.

Season 15 has given us memories, laughter, happy tears, and moments we’ll never forget. Thank you for another beautiful season. I love this EDC family more than words can say, and I can’t wait to see what the future holds. 🤍

Here’s to Season 15… a season I’ll cherish forever. ✨
