The studio lost an exceptional engineer, valued partner, and, most importantly, a dear friend, Dan Middleton. Dan’s career in music began as a bass player and evolved into a highly respected live sound engineer, with deep expertise in the design, construction, and installation of professional sound systems. He later founded Digitracks Recording Studio in Fort Wayne, where he engineered and produced countless local and regional artists, leaving a lasting mark on every project he touched.
Following a tragic snowmobile accident on January 25, Dan fought bravely, but his injuries ultimately took him home to be with his Lord. A man of strong faith, Dan will be deeply missed by artists, friends, and all who had the privilege of working with him. Our heartfelt condolences are extended to Sondra and the entire Middleton family. Dan’s legacy lives on through the music, memories, and lives he influenced. Until we meet again my friend. I will miss you and I Love You brother. 😢🙏💔
