As we are off to a great start of a new dance season, the NESD family mourns the loss of our founder and matriarch, Mrs. Beth Schiebel. Mrs. Schiebel was a pure light of love and joy who touched so many lives. She will be forever remembered and missed deeply. We know she is up tap dancing and smiling down on everyone she impacted. Northeast School of Dance gained a true guardian angel. 💗we love you

What sets Northeast apart? We are “family. Every teacher has been part of NESD from a young age, and Miss Lynne has put 4 kids through here! Take a walk down memory lane with us as we prepare to start the 2026-2027 season! We can’t wait to see you!!

Dance season is just around the corner!! Come join us at Northeast School of Dance! The 26-27 season starts the week of August 17. We have open enrollment Thursday, August 6 from 5-8. Come meet some teachers and tour our studio! We can’t wait to have you join our NESD family! 💗💗

A group of our Competitive Edge dancers traveled to New York City last week. And what an amazing trip! We took dance classes, had private choreography sessions with dancers from Wicked and The Lion King, saw three Broadway shows and toured all of NYC. We returned tired but with great memories!

New sign…….New owner/director…….SAME studio! After 16 successful years, Miss Ann is stepping down as owner/director of Northeast School of Dance; however, she WILL BE still teaching for us, and we are beyond thrilled for her. Sarah and Matt McClure are the proud new owners of NESD. Sarah has been part of the Northeast Family since age 3 and hopes to continue the legacy of this amazing place, while continuing to grow our dance family! 💗
