We'll see you again in Fall 2026. The Haunted Castle & Black Forest have been in operation every fall since 1980. Located on 8965 Auburn Road in Fort Wayne, Indiana, the Haunted Castle and Black Forest are maintained and operated by youth and adults with the St Vincent’s Boy Scouts – Troop 2, Varsity Team 6402, and Venture Crew 2802. Cub Scouts, Boy Scouts, and American Heritage Girls from around

the area also volunteer their time to help. In 2010, the Haunted Castle moved into a new two-story building adjacent to the St Vincent Scout Lodge. The Haunted Castle consists of many haunt scenes and two slides. The Black Forest is an outdoor haunt winding through the woods on a gravel trail along the Beckett’s Run Creek. It takes approximately 30 minutes to walk through each haunt. Visitors may purchase individual tickets or a combination ticket that provides admission to both venues.

Join the St. Vincent Scouts for their 49th Annual Fish Dinner — and come hungry because it’s ALL the fish you care to eat!

As the 2025 Season comes to an end tomorrow. We would like to give a huge shout-out and thank Bobcat of Fort Wayne for their continued support. Without them, it would not be possible to set up and tear down everything as quickly as we do.

If you are planning on visiting tonight, the lines are getting long. You can purchase tickets online and go right to the line for the Haunted Castle or Black Forest.

If you don’t like waiting in long lines, we recommend getting the VIP upgrade. The VIP upgrade lets you skip the long lines and get right to the front of the line.

The Haunted Castle & Black Forest are proudly operated by St. Vincent’s Scouts – Troop 2 and Venture Crew 2802, along with help from Cub Scouts, Scouts, and American Heritage Girls from around the area.

🚗 Parking & Drop-off: Parking is available only at St. Vincent School. Please don’t park or drop off anywhere else—this helps keep traffic moving and everyone safe.

🎟️ Tickets: Need admission? Stop by our on-site ticket booth or grab your tickets online anytime for the quickest entry.

🛍️ Goblin Shop: Take home the fright! Shirts, hats, masks, water bottles, and more await in our spooky souvenir shop.

A huge thank you to all our brave guests who came out and faced the frights at our hallowed grounds this year! Your screams, laughs, and jumps made every scare worth it, and we’re already planning more thrills for next season.

We’d like to extend special appreciation to our incredible scouts, dedicated parents, adult leaders, and the many volunteers who pour their time and energy into making this event a success. From the intricate setup to every chilling night in the Castle and Black Forest, we couldn’t do it without each of you.

The weekend starts tonight! Historically, this will be one of the busiest weekends of the season! Plan ahead and please be patient with our staff. 🎃🙏🏻
