What a perfect way to close out nearly two decades of live music, unforgettable performances, and community on the Main Library Plaza. Thank you for singing along, dancing with us, and helping us celebrate one last time!

Rock the Plaza: Know Before You Go!

We're excited to celebrate the final Rock the Plaza with you! Here's everything you need to know before you arrive.

🎟️ Admission
FREE admission | All ages welcome
📍 Main Library Plaza (900 Library Plaza)
🎵 Live music STARTS at 4 p.m. Phil's Family Lizard kicks things off!

🚗 Parking
We recommend nearby street parking, which is free on weekends, or one of the nearby parking garages.

Please note: Library parking lots will have limited availability, and the Wayne Lot will be closed. The Main Library parking garage will close at 6 p.m.

✨ What to Bring
- Lawn chair or blanket
- Refillable water bottle
- Cash or card for food, drinks, and merchandise

🧊 Cooler Policy
Coolers containing non-alcoholic beverages are permitted. Outside alcohol is not allowed. We will have a food vendor on site serving food, b**r, and w**e.

🌮 Food & Drink
- Charlie Horse Mobile Bar food truck will be on-site serving tacos and other food items.
- B**r and w**e will be available for purchase beginning at 6 p.m. for guests 21+ with a valid ID.
- Free water refill stations will be available.
- No outside alcohol permitted.

🌦️ Weather
If rain or a heat advisory requires us to postpone the concert, the rain date is August 1.

Updates will be shared on the Rock the Plaza page and the Allen County Public Library Instagram.

✨ Other Info
- Library restrooms on the Plaza side of the building will be open throughout the event.
- Limited commemorative Rock the Plaza shirts & posters will be available for purchase.
- The Plaza is a smoke-free/vape-free area.
- Please walk bikes on the Plaza.
- Please leave your pets at home, only ADA certified animals are permitted on the Plaza.
