The Watercolor Pinball Wizard of Wizard’s World

(by Ryan Quinn, Indiana’s #1 IFPA Pinball Player)

Pinball has a rich history of legendary artists who created the bold, colorful backglass and playfield art that defined the golden age (1950s–1980s). Names like Gordon Morison, Paul Faris, and John Youssi turned machines into immersive artworks.

Ryan’s mural brings that same energetic, larger-than-life spirit into vibrant watercolor form on this bench, a fresh, artistic evolution of pinball visuals for a modern arcade. His frequent tournament wins and current #1 ranking in Indiana make him a local legend at Wizard’s World, celebrating him as both world-class player and gifted artist.

Ryan and Rose Quinn fill in from time to time running The World. Ryan completed this mural while they were minding the store over the holiday weekend.

The bench itself was handcrafted and donated by ACE, Mark Moore. You’ll find our players (our extended family) represented all throughout Wizard’s World.
