It hit me the other day!

I’ve been thinking long about this for a while and decided to make it official….

I stepped away from Katfink 2 years ago because my oldest son was in a very bad automobile accident that left him in a medically induced coma for a day. The PTSD from that day has tapered away but I’m proud to say that he’s a happy and healthy 18 yr old❤️ god really is good ❤️

So I decided to start Katfink back up…. It’s just not the same…..

I’ve reached many goals & made many friends while operating as Katfink over the years. Succeeded in landing in numberous magazines & even having my own comic strip in the world famous “CARtoon Humor magazine”, POD cast & so many collaborations. I am so grateful for accomplishing things that I never I thought would as a freelance artist. I did it ❤️ it wasn’t easy. Honestly, a lot of the car world ppl are just so shady…that helped me make this discussion as well.

My youngest has High Functioning Austium & my life right now is 100% dedicated to him and helping him find the tools he need to help him become a successful adult. That again has not been easy juggling that and my art career. Because the God honest truth is that if you don’t have a supportive family to help you with your children, being a artist is an impossible task. And I may be wrong, but I do follow a lot of the females in the kustom culture world the majority of them do not have children, and if they do have a small village helping them. Unfortunately, my life is not laid out in that manner.

We have a new family, and I am so grateful for what God has given me over the years, but trying to juggle this once again just not part of my life at the moment.. I decided to switch gears and pursue art therapy as a way to help my son verbalize his feelings.
I’ve gone back to school full-time.

So I would say my last goodbye to everybody who’s been part of this with me thank you to all my clients over the years giving me a chance to draw their awesome vehicles and design really cool shirts. You guys are amazing and I wouldn’t have gotten to where I did without you guys, thank you!
