First public viewing of Marvin the mischievous raccoon! I sculpted him from Clay, bisque fired to harden, then finished with acrylic paints and added whiskers!!! So happy with how he turned out. He is my first wildlife sculpture. I plan on doing more this year!

You can see him on display at the Beaux Arts Exhibit at the Arts and Design Society of Fort Walton Beach - ADSO gallery until February 26th. The gallery is open Tuesday through Friday from noon to 4 PM and on Saturdays from 1 to 4 PM.

Also on exhibit is my Japanese lantern which was wheel thrown with a handbuilt top and an abstract acrylic piece that I recently completed. Pics of those in a later post today!
