A Message to Our Customers and Community

We want to sincerely apologize to the customers who were treated rudely and disrespectfully at our shop. No one should ever have to experience being spoken to that way, especially when they come to us expecting a professional and welcoming environment.

We take pride in our shop, our work, and the way we treat our customers. The behavior that occurred was unacceptable and does not reflect the standards or values we stand by.

We want our community to know that the person involved is no longer with our shop. We take situations like this seriously, and we will not tolerate customers being disrespected or having their voices raised at them.

To the customers involved, we are truly sorry. To everyone who supports us, thank you for your continued trust and support. We appreciate every one of you, and we will continue working to make sure our shop remains a place where everyone feels welcome and respected.

Nate and Brian are still here to help with your next tattoo idea
