l known and trusted industry wide. We are located at 707 Garrison Avenue in historic Downtown Fort Smith. We start ear lobe piercing on children at 10 years old with proper documentation. No infants, toddlers, or any children under 16 (unless they are receiving a service themselves) allowed inside of the studio at any time. We sell only the best and most of our jewelry carries a lifetime warranty against manufacturer defects. That means if you lose a gem out of the metal setting or something breaks on your jewelry--just bring it back to us and we will replace it for free!! Our jewelry is from companies such as Anatometal, NeoMetal, Intrinsic Body, Glasswear Studios, Diablo Organics, Safeproducts.com, LeRoi, Alchemy Adornment, Tether, Body Gems, Jewelry This Way, Clickerino, NorVoch, Buddha, Junipurr, Modern Mood, Quetzalli, and BVLA. We are the only body piercers in town that further their own education so you will always get the very best. We do our very best to keep up to date with industry standards and we will never cut corners when it comes to the safety of our clients.

•Kelsey and Kevin Clarke are the piercers at Hanging City making your sparkliest dreams come true!
•Kevin has been piercing for 19 years and Kelsey has been piercing for 4 years. (They have been together for nearly 17 years!)
•They LOVE collaborating together to create custom curations for clients that reflect both of their knowledge, expertise, and flair! ✨
•They can offer tandem piercings (both of them piercing 2 piercings at the same time) for an additional piercing fee!
•They both take continuing education courses and attend conferences regularly to stay up to date with industry standards and remain compliant with the standards set forth by the Association of Professional Piercers, and they are 2 of 3 members in the entire state of Arkansas!

A bit about them:

•Kevin and Kelsey enjoy spending their days off woodworking together. Seriously. Like their entire days off. They are in the wood shop. 🪵
•They have 3 precious rescue doggos—Zongo (12), Donut (10), and Onyx (8) 🐶🐾

•Kelsey graduated from UAFS in 2014 with a degree in Surgical Technology and is a Nationally Certified and state Registered Surgical Technologist and frequently does continuing education to always stay up to date with CPR/first aid, aseptic technique, instrument reprocessing, infection control, and bloodborne pathogen transmission education. She is a NERD about aseptic technique and sterilization practices!
•Anything pink makes her happy!
•She loves flowers, rose gold jewelry, pickles, and river otters!
•She always wants to see photos of your pets!

•Kevin started his piercing career in 2007.
•Y’all know the saying “jack of all trades?” Well, Kevin can basically do anything. If he doesn’t know how, he can watch a youtube video and figure it out. He is also a plumber, electrician, hairstylist, woodworker, chef, computer/tech whiz, life coach, and then some.
•He loves penguins and the color green!
