Would you believe that out of 270 possible outcomes; I got my own website 3 days in? I decided to wait to post it so this way it didn’t seem like I was trying to plug my own website right off the bat. I believe in all the brands we carry, we ship to the US and I just added international shipping. It also gave me a little opportunity to showcase Kiwi Diamond for half a second.

This is about a year out. Piercings take a long time to heal and they healed this one up beautifully! After about a year and a half, I think it’s looking real good! Thought you guys might think it looks cool!

Today I go over exactly what I see when I look over the Smoothie London website. They didn’t have any materials that I fully believe to be safe and if we’re being totally upfront; it almost seems like they’re trying to trick you by putting in enough ‘buzzwords’ in like F-136 to get you to buy it. This to me seems very slimy and sneaky. This does not seem like a place that is going to be upfront and honest. I feel that way especially after seeing how the titanium ring was covered in PVD. I can’t suggest this place less. Thank you for watching!

Today I went over Smoothie London’s body jewelry. Because I couldn’t find any jewelry here that I would legally be able to insert for initial piercing here in the state of GA; I would just say it is too dangerous for people who are sensitive. So unfortunately I cannot recommend them.

We promise we want to listen to whatever it is you’re saying as long as you can promise of listen to the aftercare we give you. It is arguable the most important information you’ll receive when getting pierced!

As a professional body piercer in GA, I would not legally be allowed to put any of this on for initial piercing. HARD JEWELRY® has been a top request for a review. Cool designs I guess but because of the materials listed; I can’t even act like this is a good idea. Sterling silver is never good to keep in your body, the surgical steel and titanium have no mill certificates or grades. I saw butterfly backs and the one circular barbell wouldn’t show if it had internally threaded or externally threaded ends. I can’t recommend this place. Sorry if that is harsh, but when people end up hurt, piercers are the ones who have to fix it and this is such a clear example of “fashion-first and materials second” mentality.

I did this conch to conch industrial about two weeks ago now and this was about a week after. Client had just come in for a check up and I cleaned her up a tad and just wanted to take a photo so bad! I especially love it because it was done with a beautiful 12G bar from INDUSTRIAL STRENGTH ! The client said she wanted it a little bit more forward that typical so we did! I think my favorite part about it though is that the client accidentally lost a ball and went to another local shop to get a replacement because we were closed.
At that shop; the front desk girl said it looked awesome and it was good that it was done at a larger gauge. A few moment later their piercer told her she needed to take it out because there was no reason that the bar needed to be large and that it was going to reject because of the large size. That piercer has been around longer than I have and I regularly fix his mistakes.

Continuing education is so important and nothing has made that more evident than when I get incorrectly critiqued by people who still use sh*tty jewelry, bad techniques, and don’t understand basic concepts of piercing. Please research your piercer because I swear it seems like people are getting dumber and dumber.

Great job, Vaughn Body Arts! I can’t tag you for some reason but you did an amazing job! Online shop shows nothing but highly trusted brands. For everyone asking why we don’t have to check the Mill certificates for these places, Its because by state law; piercers have to keep them on file at all times and they are readily available on the jewelry makers site! Just some nerd stuff for ya!
