When your sunset family session on South Marco Island Beach turns into a family session… in the rain.

Most people run for cover. This family? They embraced it.

The kiddos laughed, the adults joined in, everyone got soaked, and somehow the rain made the entire experience even more memorable. No stiff poses. No worrying about perfect hair. Just genuine smiles, belly laughs, and making the best of a surprise Florida weather moment.

As a photographer, these are the sessions I remember most. The ones where everyone lets loose, has fun, and creates real memories together.

Sometimes the forecast doesn’t cooperate, but the memories end up being even better than the sunset we planned for.

And honestly? The rain made it magical.
