New Exhibitions at the Tribby Arts Center! Unconfined Creativity features more than 100 works collected over nearly two decades from Crossroads Prison Ministries' Art Project. Presented in partnership with The Village Church, the exhibition demonstrates the power of art to transform, translate and transport. Nearly 100 residents and guests attended the opening of the exhibition in the Shell Point Gallery, which was complemented by an Academy of Lifelong Learning lecture with members of the Crossroads Prison Ministries staff.

Upstairs in the Tribby Legacy and Overlook Galleries, Imagine That! showcases a visual feast of works created by both seasoned and beginning artists of the Tribby's Glass and Pottery Studios.

Both Unconfined Creativity and Imagine That! are available for viewing Tuesday - Saturday, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., through Saturday, October 22. TribbyArtsCenter.com

Several talented Shell Point residents gather weekly in the Tribby Arts Center for an Open Painting session led by resident Philip Hilton. While some are longtime, accomplished artists, others discovered a newfound passion for painting upon retirement. Yet each finds inspiration in the Tribby’s Painting Studio, working in watercolors, acrylics and pastels to create their own masterpiece.

TICKETS NOW AVAILABLE! The Tribby Arts Center at Shell Point is presenting its first-ever professional theatrical performance with “Driving Miss Daisy” on Friday, Sept. 30 at 2 p.m. and 7 p.m., and Saturday, Oct. 1 at 2 p.m. and 7 p.m. in Connie Brown Hall.

Produced and directed by Florida Repertory Theatre, this modern American classic written by Alfred Uhry tells a hopeful, funny and heartfelt story that explores the transformative power of friendship.
