thought i should do some sketching for my favorite month, october๐ค๐ค its getting so close to halloween, and i've been ๐ชdying๐ช to do more the holiday!
today i sketched this up early in the morning, trying different things and using old dried up pens that didn't work. it turned out ok, when i started outlining with my original black pen, i didn't realize it was running out. so it looks a little cooked, but i love how original this is๐ค im proud that ive dug into what my style actually is, and what i'm best at doing. and there's always room for improvement. additionally, while doing this, i got to finally watch stephen king's documentary: necessary evil, and the original halloween movie๐ค๐ช
i've come across so much talent on instagram, it's all inspired me so much. i don't post for the likings and views, my goal is to simply reach people or inspire them. and it's fun!
i feel it's important to enjoy the small things in life, no matter how small. you start to appreciate them even more if you're struggling mentally or financially. personally, i can't afford new art supplies, and im more than ok with that. i've always used what ive got!!
