Attention Dance Instructors:
LATIN DANCE INSTRUCTOR NEEDED
Do you want to share your passion for Latin dance with people who are really EAGER to learn?
We’re packed with these students in our studio, and we’re looking for a GREAT instructor to teach them!
We’re Latin Dance Movement in Ft Lauderdale, and our mission is to IMPACT people’s lives through Latin dancing. We want to bring our students more positivity, human connection, and give them the best hour of their day!
If you work for us, here’s what you can expect:

We’re the TOP rated school in South Florida, but what’s important to us is that people have a blast in our studio, and that we inspire them to fall in love with Latin dancing!
That’s where YOU come in…
Your title is dance instructor, but your SECRET job (lol) is to be a cheerleader, friend, role model, highly patient dance instructor, HIGH FIVER, and HUGGER (literally, you MUST love giving hugs! :D)
On a more formal note, here are the requirements:
* You gotta be FUN… (High energy, likeable, LOUD, maybe even a little weird at times! lol).
* Everyone’s friend!
* The more hugs and high fives the better.
* People are often surprised that you can remember their name.
* Must love being part of a family.
* You know how to make people fall in love with dance.
* Must be on-time. Always!
* Happy to follow directions, and willing to listen to feedback.
DO NOT APPLY IF...
* You don’t dance in the bathroom...
* You can't play in a team.
* You think you know it all when it comes to teaching.
* You have a hard time sticking to a regular schedule, and showing up to places on time.
* You are interested in only yourself.
* You take yourself too seriously.
* You’re not patient.
* You can’t follow a structure.
* You’re not reliable.
