Bluewater USA (formerly Crew Unlimited) and Culinary Convenience in conjunction with the U.S. Superyacht Association will be hosting the Surf n' Turf Chef Competition & Tasting at the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show in the USSA New American Pavilion, Friday November 4th from 6:30 to 8:00pm. et restaurant chefs will compete for thousands in prizes! Don't miss this unique tasting and judging event! Guests are invited to taste each delectable and creative signature canapé, then cast their vote for their favorite chef. Ballots will be counted onsite, and the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners will be announced that evening. Aside from our amazing chef talent, we will have special guests:
Nationally acclaimed mixologist Jonathan Pogash, "The Cocktail Guru," will be creating signature cocktails with his team. He is one of the premier cocktail consultants and bartenders for restaurants and spirit companies in the country. His signature cocktails can be found and enjoyed in many of North America's most upscale cocktail lounges and restaurants. With nearly 15 years of experience in the industry, Jonathan shares his insights with the most influential publication from around the world and contributes his unique talents in many media outlets nationally. As the in-house mixologist for NBC's "Weekend Today in New York," Jonathan is able to "spread the good word...one cocktail at a time." The emcee for the evening will be Chef Ralph Pagano, he is an American chef and television personality. He appeared on the first season of Hell's Kitchen and hosted the series Pressure Cook on MOJO HD. He also challenged chef Bobby Flay on the American version of Iron Chef. Pagano is the chef of Naked Taco in Miami Beach, Florida. In April 2015, he opened Naked Lunch at the University of Miami, and in August 2015, he announced plans to open two new restaurants under his "Naked" brand.
