::There is a truth many people avoid speaking about:

Desire is natural. It exists in the body, in the mind, in the human experience itself. No title, no religion, no position erases that reality. But what defines us is not the existence of desire—it is the discipline of our character and the integrity of our actions.

What is evil is not humanity. What is evil is exploitation. What is evil is violating trust. What is evil is preying on the vulnerable and calling it normal.

Eldery, Women, and Children. They are not targets. They are to be protected… A civilized society is measured not by its wealth, but by how fiercely it defends those who cannot defend themselves against those who abuse power, position, or influence.

Silence does not make wrongdoing disappear. Silence protects the offender… I will never accept the normalization of harm. I will never stand by while dignity is violated. I will never be silent in the face of injustice.

Protection is not weakness. Protection is responsibility. Protection is humanity.

Named for the season when the nights are long and the wolves are heard, it reminds me of this:
