“You won’t regret it.”

Four words from Conor Foley, owner of Symbolic Body Art in Fort Collins, Colorado, and honestly the only line of copy this post needed.

He talked about smoother transactions, a team he can actually reach, and a product that keeps improving because studios tell us what to build next. That is the whole job description.

Grateful to have Symbolic Body Art in the Keep The Fees family. If you are anywhere near Fort Collins, go book with them.

We are deeply saddened by the passing of our dear friend, Nick.

Nick was an incredible presence in our community. He was always kind, endlessly patient, and incredibly generous with his time and knowledge. He was always willing to share insight, offer support, and help others navigate and improve their businesses.

His warmth, generosity, and willingness to help those around him meant more than we can put into words. We feel incredibly fortunate to have known him, worked with him, and called him a friend.

Nick will be deeply missed by all of us at Keep The Fees and by so many throughout the community.

If you would like to support Nick’s wife and family during this incredibly difficult time, please consider donating to the GoFundMe linked in our bio.

Hey, quick one for the shops out there.

Your work is great. Your page just hasn’t gotten it in front of enough people yet, and honestly, that’s the easiest part to fix.

So we put together a little guide for you. What to post and when. How to meet people in your own city without it feeling weird. How to write a caption folks actually want to reply to. There’s even a builder that shows what a week really costs you in hours, so you can pick a pace you’ll still be keeping in three months.

No budget needed. No big strategy. Just the stuff that works.

It’s free and it’s yours 😁

Comment SOCIAL below and we’ll send it right over. 🖤

Your client texts at 11pm asking to move their Saturday appointment. By morning it’s buried under three DMs and a story reply.

Client messaging in the Keep The Fees app keeps every conversation attached to the client and their appointment. Reply from your phone between sessions, confirm a deposit, send a reference back. No personal number, no lost threads.

And it’s completely free when you sign up. Not an add-on, not an upgrade. It’s just part of the platform.

Send us a DM and we’ll get messaging turned on for your shop today.

Client messaging is now part of Keep the Fees.

Every conversation with a client sits right next to their appointment, their deposit, and everything they’ve booked with you before. No more scrolling back through DMs trying to remember what someone said about their sleeve three weeks ago.

It’s the piece most tattoo software leaves out, or charges you for. Ours is free with every plan and truly unlimited. Not unlimited with a cap buried in the fine print. Actually unlimited.

Send us a message and we’ll show you what it looks like inside your shop.

Every artist knows the drill. Deposit questions in the DMs, reference photos over text, a reschedule request buried in an email from three weeks ago.

Client Messaging hits Keep the Fees next week. Every conversation in one place, attached to the appointment it actually belongs to. No more digging through four apps to find out what someone wanted.

Sign up now so you have it the day it goes live. Link in bio.

Every shop runs a little differently, and your software should be able to keep up.

With Keep The Fees permissions, you can control exactly what each team member can see and do inside your shop’s account. From apprentices to artists, managers, front desk staff, and owners, you can set permissions that match how your shop actually operates.

Keep things organized, protect the parts of your business that matter, and give your team the access they need without giving them more than they should have.

Configurable permissions, built for real tattoo shops.

Always a good day when we get to see our users out in the wild.

We got to catch up with •Euphoric Body Arts• Amarillo Tattoo & Piercing Studio at the Sinners Tattoo Expo in Dallas, and they absolutely crushed it at the show.

Even better, they let us know Keep The Fees had their back all weekend. Everything was running smooth, payments were working great, and they were able to focus on what matters most: tattooing and taking care of their clients.

Huge shoutout to the Euphoric Body Arts team. We appreciate you trusting us and it was awesome getting to see you do your thing in person.

“Keep The Fees doesn’t just save us time, it saves us money too.”

We’re proud to have Bradley Made Tattoos from San Antonio, Texas on Keep The Fees.

For Bradley and his team, being able to send deposit links, collect invoice payments online, and get real support from a live person has made a huge difference in their day-to-day operations.

No automated systems. No endless support tickets. Just the tools you need to run your shop and a team that’s there when you need them.

And the best part?

They’re booked out.

Thank you to Bradley Made Tattoos for trusting Keep The Fees with their business. We can’t wait to see what the future holds.
