After three years, we are announcing that our bookstore located in Birchwood Mall is being offered for sale as a turnkey operation.

This is a unique opportunity for an entrepreneur, book lover, or investor to acquire a fully operational bookstore with an established customer base, existing inventory, fixtures, POS system, and mall location already in place. The business is ready for a seamless transition, allowing a new owner to step in and negotiate a new lease within the space.

We are proud of what we've built and would love to see the bookstore continue serving the community.

Thank you from Koi Pond Studios for your continued support for the past three years. Unfortunately, we have made the decision close our physical store at the end of June. Our last day in store will be Tuesday, June 30th.

Our Japanese classes will continue entirely online. In-person group classes and meetings will resume in-person as normal in Sophisticatz Karaoke.

Koi Pond Studio’s phone, email, and business page will remain available. Given these circumstances, we would like to once again express our gratitude to all of you who have supported us. We hope you continue to support us online!

Good afternoon! Due to some class adjustments, we will be opening two new class sessions!

The children's class will be slower paced, and will include learning games as well as classroom content. The adult class will be online, and will run like a relaxed college class.
