Hello everyone!
It's been a while, I have been focusing on improving my run times, and we have done just that.
I have found myself in 5th for points, which qualifies me for nationals!
Nationals are going to be in Lincoln, Nebraska-- we're anticipating it to be an expensive trip. In efforts to help offset cost I am asking for Bottle and Cans donations as a way to fundraise.

I had the best weekend at High school rodeo, at the pony this weekend!
I placed 7th in poles both days. With a shoulda, woulda, coulda that would have put me in the top 3 if I hadn’t knocked, on Saturday!

I got lucky enough to start a new tradition that’ll help bring some extra positivity to the members of this great association!! Thank you John Mancini for the great announcing as always!! And for loving my idea too!! 🫶

Sunday we spent the day at the 3rd Annual Joyce Heckler Memorial Barrel Race. I brought both of the horses. Digger performed to his best and Miss Kitty did as well. We have began to see great progress with Digger compared to the beginning of the season. With some trial and error we have found a bit that seems to work and offer a bit more control for him more than the previous, along with running drills in our free time to get him that arena experience, as he was very new to this when he joined the team. He is still very much a work in progress, but progress is what he's making as we came home with 3D First and Second, which also brought us home some money!

This past weekend was a busy one, we spent Saturday and Sunday at Cambridge Saddle Club. Saturday was a gymkhana, we had tons of fun and were very happy with the performance of the horses. Digger finished EVERY event, won a few ribbons and was such a good boy. The beginning of this season with him has been a tough one to say the least but with some tweaking here and there we have come to a turn around for sure, only up with him from here. Miss Kitty also did well, bringing home Reserve Champion for the day.
