A note about donation requests 🎈

We love being part of this community's biggest moments — school carnivals, fundraisers, church picnics, team celebrations. Being asked to help is honestly a compliment, and we don't take it for granted.

But we want to be upfront: we receive multiple donation requests weekly, and as much as we wish we could, we simply can't say yes to them all. Like everyone else, we're facing rising costs on everything — insurance, fuel, equipment, maintenance — and every donated setup is a real expense for our small business.

Here's how we handle it: each year we set aside a limited number of donated and discounted events, and we rotate which causes we support so different organizations get a turn. That means if we said yes to your event before, we may not be able to this time — and if we say no this year, it doesn't mean no forever.

If we're unable to help with your event, please know it's not personal and it's not a lack of caring. It's a small business doing its best to give back sustainably.

Thank you for understanding, and thank you for continuing to support us — that's what makes any giving possible in the first place. 💙
