There are some moments in the Plantiness journey that I will never forget, and being interviewed by 9NEWS in 2022 is definitely one of them. 🪴

Anne Herbst came to my house and spent the ENTIRE day with me. She let me share the story of how Plantiness started, why I created it, and why it means so much to me. She watched me propagate and pot plants that were going to be gifted, and then we headed out into the December cold to Odell and Horse & Dragon to give plants away!

At the time, Plantiness was only about 2½ years old and I had gifted fewer than 800 plants.
Fast forward to today… over 6,000 plants gifted across 28 states and 16 countries. 🌎🪴

Plantiness exists to spread light and love through the happiness plants give you. What started as a little idea during a difficult time has grown into something far bigger than I ever imagined. It has become a community, a mission, and a huge part of my life.

The story aired across five states, and I received messages from people in all of them. That still blows my mind.
I absolutely love what I do. I truly can't imagine my life any other way. 💚

What I love the absolute most about looking back on this day, is seeing videos and pictures of my pups Grizzly & Scruffy 🥰🥰 they both passed 2 years ago. They were THE BEST HELPERS and I miss them every day. Thank you Grizzly and Scruffy for all of your love ❤️

🌱 HELP PLANTINESS GROW

We’re looking for a few volunteers to join the Plantiness team and help care for the plants that will eventually be gifted out into the community.

For 2-4hrs a week/every other week, you’ll help with watering, propagating, potting, organizing, and giving these little plants the care they need to thrive.

Plant experience is awesome, but absolutely not required. If you love plants and want to help, I can teach you everything you need to know!

These aren’t just plants sitting on a shelf. Every cutting you propagate, every plant you pot, and every bit of care you give helps create another opportunity to spread light, love, kindness, and connection to someone else.

Plantiness started with one little idea: that something as simple as a plant can make someone’s day a little brighter. Now, thousands of plants later, that ripple is still growing.

Come help me grow it. 🌱
A few hours of your time can help create a whole lot of happiness.

I have given away over 6,000 plants since 2020 , the majority of those plants - I have propagated myself and gifted on my own, and it's time your girl gets some help !!!

Six thousand plants have found new homes across 26 states and 15 countries, spreading light, love, and kindness one plant at a time. 🌿💚

Plantiness began in 2020 with one simple idea: brighten someone's day. Plants became a huge role in my own healingjourney, I wanted to create something that brought hope and connection. I bought a handful of little succulents, wrote encouraging notes, and started giving them away. I dreampt that this small act of kindness would grow into a world full of love and kindness.

Today, Plantiness is so much more than plants. It's about bringing people together, creating moments of joy, inspiring creativity, and showing that even the smallest act of kindness can create a ripple effect.

Every Plantiness Party, everyone Tattoo Party, every Plantiness BINGO, every plant you purchase, and every event you attend helps make it possible to keep gifting plants to people who need a little extra light in their lives.

If you've ever come to an event, bought a plant, shared a post, volunteered, or cheered me on—thank you. You are part of these 6,000 plants and this mission. Thank you everyone for all of your support!!
