Sir, the posted rules of no.loitering are for everybody. It doesnt matter if you are homeless or not. Everyone is treated the same.

Then I was thinking...do i always do that...do i treat people the same?

Someone told me once that he saw a woman walking in OT and she was smoking when she walked by a police officer. He didnt stop her. But when he walked past the officer, he got a ticket for smoking.

It doesnt matter if the story is true or not. It matters cause that's what he believes. That's what he sees. How do we change so that we treat everyone equally?

Well first starting with "bitch" didnt help your case. AND NO I DIDNT SAY THAT. And secondly I pretended I didnt see you for 20 minutes. AND NO I DIDNT SAY THAT EITHER. I handed them a cold bottle of water and i said "im sorry you can not stay here. You have to move on"
