Hello, Everyone.
My Wednesday morning movement classes for women were shut down two years ago—seems like eons. I’ve decided to start fresh, with a new and hopeful name for the work, and new energy. Some of you have worked with me before, when I called the classes “Functional Movement”-- accurate, but hardly inspiring. So here’s the new information:
MOVE / BREATHE / CONNECT: Move more freely, breathe more fully, connect more deeply
Women’s Class: Wednesdays, 11:00 AM - 12:15 PM
Dancing Dog Loft, upstairs in Eagles Hall, 210 Corry St. at Alder, Fort Bragg
Single class $12, four classes $40 (all classes are drop-in, first class free)
All ages and experience levels welcome.

For those of you who don’t know me, here’s a very brief bio:
I am a dancer, teacher, choreographer, actor, and director. I have had my own dance companies, and taught dance and related subjects at Sonoma State University for more than 26 years. I’ve directed many operas and musicals, and performed with a number of Bay Area theatre companies. Since moving to the Mendocino Coast in 2003 I have been active with Mendocino Theatre Company as director, actor, and designer. I occasionally perform dance and dance/theater pieces at Dancing Dog. My approach to teaching movement is eclectic and personal, with an emphasis on sensory awareness and experiential anatomy.
If you are interested in attending class and have not been vaccinated, please call first to speak with me.
More questions? Please feel free to call.
Here’s to getting on with life!
