A little Pups Up update 💜
For years, in-person events have been a HUGE part of our business. We’ve packed up the booth, loaded the trailer, traveled all over, and done 35+ shows a year, even with our toddler in tow. Those events have helped build Pups Up into what it is today.
But as our online community has grown, so have our online orders… and it’s time for us to grow with it.
Going forward, we’ll be cutting back tremendously on the number of shows we attend so we can put more of our time and energy into fulfilling your orders, shortening turnaround times, keeping more products in stock, and continuing to grow Pups Up online.
We’re not saying goodbye to events! You’ll still find us at a handful of our favorites throughout the year. We’re just becoming much more selective about where we go.
And really, this change is only possible because of YOU.
Every order, share, comment, recommendation, repeat customer, and person who has stopped by our booth over the years has helped us reach a point where we can make this shift.
There was a time when doing 35+ events a year was what we needed to do to grow this little business. Now, because of all of you, we get to spend more time at home making your gear and packing your orders.
That feels like a pretty incredible milestone. 🥹
Thank you for growing with us, supporting us, and helping turn Pups Up into so much more than I ever imagined it could be.
