This piece was one of my favorites to create. 🩵🩷 I loved capturing all the little details in their facial features and their cute little pj's. ☺️

Good morning ☺️

Just wanted to share my progress over the years. The first skull piece was created back in 2023 and the last I finished yesterday.
A lot of people comment on my posts saying how talented I am..I am thankful for that...but to me, my progress is years of practice and learning new skills. Yes, I have been drawing since I was in kindergarten. But the only art class I have ever taken was in grade school. I have taught myself all that I know. It is years and years of practice, frustration, research and my love for creating. So no, it is not just talent, I work hard everyday to better my skills. The pictures show my progress just over the last 3 years.
I guess the point I'm trying to get across is that if you push yourself everyday to be better at something you love, you will progress. It may not happen overnight...it takes time and a lot of patience and practice. A lot of people say to me..."I wish I could be this good" or "I can't even draw a stick figure".....YES you can!!! If you truly want it you will work hard for it!! You will not create a masterpiece at the first try..practice, patience, practice and patience and you will get there if you want it bad enough!! I love seeing all of the good and bad art...we all start somewhere right!?

So.....if you made it this far through my post...can I see your progress over the years?? 😁
