Just completed a new storefront in Port Angeles, a fellow art gallery no less! The doors are designed in durable opaque and cutout vinyl. EVERYTHING else is painstakingly hand-painted from a scissorlift. Completion time: 3 days 😉

As a matter of committment, I will NOT be available at the Artforge most of the next week. I am dressing out a new storefront in Port Angeles from top to bottom from tomorrow through Monday. Then, I have to see my daughter off to university on Wednesday and get her settled into her new life. The store will be open with limited services available, but I will miss Wednesday through Friday. Sorry if this causes any other scheduling problems.

Just completed this commission for a local. Inspired by the horse design, she specifically asked for a dragon in the same style with a beautiful material called "titanium blue". READY FOR PICK UP in less than 48 hours.

Just finished yet ANOTHER round of original works for the native-American themed decor at the Longhouse Cafe. These are each 4 feet wide, uniform in proportion, and depict a series of totems in the northwest Salish art style, cut from plywood and mounted on spacers to gap them from the wall. Pictured here, one over each of the tables throughout the restaurant, along with a few of the other dimensional works weve created there. Were not finished! More decor is coming between now and mid September!

This hand-painted sign was a specific request from the campground owner. They wanted something "nostalgic". Nothing in it is vinyl, designed on a computer, or cut by a robot. Raw wood, coated with oil-based primers, and painstakingly brushed by a human with the highest quality paints available for weather durability.

Just finished hand-carving this family porch sign from a beautiful slab of solid oak. The lettering is hand-painted with oil-based primer and oneshot sign enamel, the toughest paint Ive ever found. Then the slab is sanded and rubbed with OldMasters red oak sealant. Ready to hang!

A particularly challenging apparel decal, this heat transfer vinyl was designed for and cut from highly reflective material. The shirt is an expensive emergency services import from Europe with advanced, breathable artificial fibers. How do you heat the decal enough to melt it into the fabric without melting the polyester and ruining the shirt? Well... we did 😁
