Wow! We had our largest audience of our run on Saturday night with more than 200 in attendance! If you haven't seen our wonderful production of Shakespeare's "All's Well That Ends Well," be sure to stop by for our final show tonight. Bring your lawn chairs and refreshments to enjoy live theater on the lawn of the beautiful Moore-Dugal House at 333 Forest, Oak Park. 🎭 Meet Megan Wells!

Megan Wells (The Countess), MFA, is the Program Leader for the Theater Department at Concordia University Chicago.

A seasoned actress, director, and playwright, Megan holds a Jeff Award for Direction and a Jeff nomination for Solo Performance. In 1990, she expanded her artistic focus from Chicago theatre into the world of storytelling, creating hybrid programs that bring together two of our oldest art forms. She is an Oracle Award master teller, a title granted by the National Storytelling Network.

Megan is thrilled to be part of this beautiful production alongside so many vital and talented artists.

🎭 Meet Guy Wicke!

Guy Wicke (King of France) is a Chicago native who is thrilled to tackle Shakespeare’s sickly king, the role he was born to play!

Some of his theatre highlights include Birds of North America and Infinity Burns (A Red Orchid Theatre); Life on Paper (Jackalope Theatre Company); Tres Bandidos (The Agency); A Murder Most Novel and The Basement Company (Death & Pretzels); Noises Off and The Mousetrap (Metropolis Performing Arts Centre); The Explorers Club and Don’t Dress for Dinner (Citadel Theatre); and various projects as an ensemble member of Avalanche Theatre.

He also pops up in random bits of mischief around town and on TV, thanks to his reps at Lori Lins.

🎭 Meet Abraham Sangye!

Abraham Sangye (Bertram) (they/them) is a progressive, q***r artist blending disciplines to tell stories for and about q***r, punk, and feminist lifestyles through acting and film.

A recent graduate of Columbia College Chicago, they received an Interdisciplinary Degree in Acting & Filmmaking, where they headed production of their thesis film, Bruise Violet, as writer, director, and producer.

Alongside film, Abraham has appeared in several stage productions, including Shakespeare’s Hamlet as Hamlet, Titus Andronicus as Demetrius, and King Lear as the Duke of Albany/Burgundy, as well as Lynn Nottage’s Sweat as Jason and Jen Silverman’s Witch as Frank Thorney.

Susie Swanton (Mariana / Lord E / Ensemble) is a theatre artist from Chicago.

Her recent credits include A Midsummer Night's Dream (The Loop Players), Taming of the Shrew, Merry Wives of Windsor, and Eurydice (Hyde Park Community Players). She trains at Acting Studio Chicago and has completed the theatre program at Harold Washington College.
