We created delicious varietal and fruit wines from the bountiful grapes and fruit of the Columbia and Willamette Valley, Columbia Gorge, and surrounding orchards. Our internationally award-winning wines are unique and retain the characteristics of each fruit we use. Rhubarb, blackberry, raspberry, and mixed fruit-and-grape wines are perennial favorites, as are our more traditional Merlot, Syrah, and Cab Sauvignon. We also make several rich and luxurious fruit port style dessert wines including our 96-point, double-gold awarded, Framboise Chocolate. When you need a serene moment, treat yourself to Buddha Kat wines.

We sure are looking forward to tomorrow's event! We're hoping you join us in celebrating and raising money for an incredible organization! Here's a few words from Dauntless Veteran Foundation :

The mission of the Dauntless Veteran Foundation (DVF) is simple: to train and equip veterans to translate their talents from the field to the farm. Our broader goal is to help veterans rehabilitate and reintegrate through agriculture.

But why farming?

Because the future of American agriculture depends on it. The average U.S. farmer is 58 years old, and two out of every three retiring farmers aren’t being replaced. As fewer young people enter the field, family farms are forced to sell to large agribusinesses. This accelerates a cycle of food insecurity, where fragile just-in-time supply chains lead to waste and leave communities vulnerable.

Veterans are uniquely positioned to help. Farming and soldiering have been connected for millennia—both require grit, discipline, and a deep sense of purpose. Working the land has long been a powerful form of post-war healing. Holistic farming offers veterans a path to peace, purpose, and meaningful work.

To date, DVF has raised over $200,000 to support farmer-veterans—nearly all of it through small donations and community-driven events like Forest Grove Uncorked. We’re proud to say that 99% of funds raised go directly to supporting veterans in their agricultural journey.
