Pamela Anderson has transformed her Vancouver Island estate into a massive vegetable garden that helps feed local food banks and soup kitchens.
The former Baywatch star grows approximately 15,000 square feet of vegetables, producing far more food than her household needs.
Instead of keeping the entire harvest, she shares fresh produce with struggling families, churches, neighbors, and community organizations.
The garden sits on a seven-acre property called Arcady in Ladysmith, British Columbia, where Anderson returned in 2020 after decades in Hollywood.
Her connection to the land stretches back generations, having purchased the property from her grandparents roughly 30 years ago.
Her sons, Brandon and Dylan, also have childhood memories there, including taking some of their earliest steps on the family property.
Today, both sons have contributed to transforming the grounds into a flourishing garden filled with vegetables, herbs, and flowers.
Brandon has even created detailed planting plans, while Dylan contributes his eye for the garden's overall appearance.
The harvest includes heirloom tomatoes, beets, radishes, lettuce, and other vegetables that Anderson also incorporates into her plant-based cooking.
The garden has become so productive that its benefits extend well beyond her own kitchen.
Anderson confirmed the community donations in a June 2025 interview with Architectural Digest, describing how the harvest reaches food banks and soup kitchens.
Her gardening journey also inspired her cookbook, I Love You, which celebrates homemade meals and family traditions.
But the transformation carries another personal significance.
Anderson has described rebuilding the garden as an important part of rediscovering herself after returning home.
What began as a personal retreat has become a family project that provides fresh food to people throughout her community.
