It was literally shortly after the "I do," the rain came down but these two continued to finish their pictures outside. In a real world we definitely don't want it to rain on your wedding day. Our opening season was 10/3/26 and it poured during the last 5 mins of their ceremony. Our second wedding it poured after the ceremony. I just got this pic back so let's applaud these two for continuing those pictures outside even during the pouring rain and a few lightning strikes. Briana Boyd Photography

Brides and grooms, before signing ANY contract, please take the time to read and understand it! This is one thing I say over and over again when you book at Daughters's Barn.

🌿 Venue – What’s included? Rental hours, rules, payments, and cancellation policies. When you book a venue that date is now held for you sometimes for over a year. It can't be booked even though you get inquiries for it weekly.

📸 Photographer – Hours of coverage, delivery times, and additional fees.

🎶 DJ – Hours, ceremony music, equipment, and overtime charges.

🍽️ Caterer – What’s included? Setup, serving, cleanup, and extra fees.

💐 Other Vendors – Know exactly what you’re paying for and what’s expected!

🌼Never assume something is included just because you discussed it! Get everything in writing.

Contracts protect BOTH you and your vendors!

Ask questions, understand your responsibilities, and know your deadlines BEFORE signing.
