Shore Thing Property Services is officially back to business as usual! 💪

After beginning hurricane preparations last Wednesday, our team officially wrapped up restoration efforts today at 4 PM!

✅ All pool furniture returned to the decks

✅ All secured balcony furniture returned to its original location

✅ Properties secured, restored, and ready for normal operations

✅ Regular property care and work orders resume tomorrow morning!

Over the next several weeks, we’ll be giving our properties extra TLC after a busy rental season and preparing for our winter snowbirds! ☀️

🌀 SHORE THING PROPERTY SERVICES — HURRICANE PREP COMPLETE! 🌀

Our hurricane preparations have officially been finalized! ✅

We will continue monitoring the storm closely, and as soon as the bridges reopen and it is safe to return, our team will be back on-site inspecting properties and assessing how each property weathered the storm.

💙 A HUGE THANK YOU TO OUR INCREDIBLE TEAM! 💙

We cannot express enough gratitude for the hard work, dedication, and long hours our team has put in over the past week.

The last two days have been especially challenging as our crew worked tirelessly to clear and secure pool furniture, secure building exteriors, remove potential flying debris, and move furniture from nearly 100 private balconies for property owners.

A special thank you to John and Chad, whose experience, leadership, and dedication helped guide our team through this enormous undertaking. We are incredibly grateful for every single member of our Shore Thing family!
