Haven’t posted on here in a while…going to try to do more in 2024. Anyway, picked up one of my grails Ryne Sandberg cards off eBay. Actually it was a lot of 2 of them. Going to send these off to SGC. They look really good. Corners are sharp and centering looks pretty good. Would love to see these get at least an 8!

Incredible score today at my local Target! They didn't have much on the shelf, but they had 4 Topps F1 Blasters and I bought them all! Will show later if I found anything good in them!

Very exciting to see some new products coming out this year from Topps. With the Topps brand falling under the new Fanatics card platform, it will be interesting to see some of the new products they come up with. I am really interested in this 2022 launch of the Bowman University line. This is the first full line of college players with the new NIL deal in place.

Get details on some of the new sets and brands Topps has planned for 2022 for baseball cards, soccer, tennis, Star Wars, NIL and more.

Got quite a few good cards out of my boxes you saw in the last post. The best by far is this 22 Topps Gallery Vladimir Guerrero Sr. Orange Pattern 5/10. This is a great looking card from one of the best hitters in the 90s. It’s now listed on in my eBay store if you’re interested!

On the road traveling for work and decided I would get in on the Wander search and look for some 2022 Topps in the wild! Started the day with a stop at Family Dollar. I have seen on other YouTube channels you can find $1 packs of Donruss and Absolute in some locations so I decided to stop and a location in Alabama I passed. This one was a success as the had a Gravity Box of both and I grabbed a handful of each pack.

Continued on to the next Walmart in Selma, AL I have had some success finding good retail boxes looking for the 22 Topps boxes. They were fairly well stocked but no luck on the new Topps….but didn’t go home empty handed. Hopefully will hit something good from these finds!

Over the past year I have gotten back into sports cards after getting away from it after college. I have rediscovered my love for collecting and have decided to take it to the next level. I have started an online store on eBay as well as Kronocard. I am both selling cards as well as getting back into collecting.

My primary collection is Ryne Sandberg which dates back to my childhood. I have close to 1,000 Sandberg cards and am excited to see some of the new sets having former players which allows me to continue to collect Sandberg with some of the new sets.
