Culture🩵 It’s at the heart of every topic we discuss.

Whether it’s advocating for our patients, communicating with our nurses, or working with doctors and social workers - we always ask how we can do it better.

Do our families feel loved and heard? Do our nurses feel valued and respected?

Roundtable discussions often include the nitty gritty backend of running an agency, and we have plenty of those. 😋

But other times, they look like stepping back and asking these questions.

We are incredibly thankful to have built a team who values these things! (Not pictured is Katlynn & Andrea, some of our regional case managers♥️)

At Knit Together, our belief is to use the resources God has entrusted to us to be a blessing to others.

We were honored to host the men and women of Mercy House Adult & Teen Challenge and Mercy House for Women for a movie night to see I Can Only Imagine 2. Mercy House is doing incredible work in Mississippi, helping families find freedom from addiction through faith, discipleship, and recovery.

We pray God continues to use BOTH of our organizations in our beautiful state of Mississippi to bring hope and healing to those who need it most.
